Who We Are
The Michigan Lean Consortium is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to spreading lean principles throughout every public and private sector industry in Michigan.
We firmly believe that by educating others about lean principles and tools, we can help make Michigan the best place in the country to live, learn, and earn.
What We Do
Our focus is on education, networking, and sharing best practices. We host monthly lean trainings, arrange benchmarking visits to Michigan organizations, and facilitate consulting projects for non-profits and government agencies.
We also host an annual conference in August that attracts hundreds of people from throughout Michigan, and beyond, who are passionate about lean.
