Speaker:

Aaron Bowersox is a Learning and Development professional, leadership conversationalist, and people coach. He is also an Everything DISC Certified Practitioner.  Aaron's primary goal is to help guide others on their journey of self-discovery and development. He strives to help seekers understand the who, what, and why of their life so they may find a path forward to greater success and stronger relationships.

Aaron will present his keynote: The Day You Decide. In it, he shares an experience that changed his life! Aaron will relay the first investment he had truly made into himself and will talk about how people invest in themselves is more important than how often.

Caricatures:

Dave Kippen is a CI Manager of Archer Daniels Midland Company. In his various roles as Lean Engineer, Director of Operations, and Performance Excellence Manager, Dave has been fortunate to lead companies through Continuous Improvement transformations of many flavors. He is an experienced Practitioner in the Milliken Performance Excellence System, an all-encompassing improvement system.

Dave is a skilled Graphical Facilitator. Graphical Facilitation is the art of drawing ideas, lessons, and training on flip-chart paper as well as various digital mediums. Graphical Facilitation increases engagement during training and is a great “leave behind” artifact that can be used long after a traditional presentation has ended. Graphic Facilitation helps us think simply and boil down topics to what is really important.

Dave will be sharing is artistic abilities with event attendees through the art of Caricature. Attendees will have an opportunity to take home a Dave Kippen original Caricature completed in just 3-5 minutes, at no cost.
