Jeneen McNally is the principal and founder of, Speak So They Listen, LLC and Change Capitol, LLC, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Her change management journey began over 25 years ago as part of a cohort for the Preferred Futuring/Planned Change Internship. Jeneen is a change evangelist. As a change leader, she has a mastery understanding of what influences behavior and how managing those influences can help organizations ensure a successful transformation.
Jeneen works with state and local government and public sector entities and served organizations such as Ford, Toyota, Google, DTE Energy, and the University of Michigan - Engineering to implement effective change management strategies enabling organizational transformation. Jeneen’s expertise in facilitation, change management, interpersonal communication, and business development allows her to 1) Co-create change and strategic plans that deliver desired outcomes, 2) Guide leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders to be active and visible change agents, 3) Use a data-driven approach to drive successful and realistic outcomes.
