Maximizing Office Lean Events
Many people, especially the ones who are not very familiar with Lean and Six Sigma concepts, associate Lean with manufacturing processes such as production, warehouse operations etc. These principles are universal and can be applied as effectively to office processes as they are applied to manufacturing.
In this month's Lean Coffee Chat, we are going to interact with a speaker who has helped apply Lean principles and methodology to office processes such as IT service delivery. We will talk about things to consider before, during and after the workshops. This will be interactive session for sharing experiences, tools and ideas that has worked and lessons learnt. We are hoping you will enjoy this and get value out of it.

Quality and Process Automation Program Manager, Dart
Sanket Khandkar, a dedicated Quality and Process Automation Program Manager at Dart, discovered his passion for Lean principles through meaningful career conversations with his manager a few years ago. His commitment to spreading the message of quality beyond his team led him to collaborate with others at Dart, where he actively participated in Lean Kaizen events. Since then, Sanket has expanded his involvement by joining MLC and extending his support to various departments within Dart, contributing to their Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts. He remains engaged in learning from and sharing experiences with like-minded individuals who share his enthusiasm for Lean methodologies.
Sanket holds a bachelor's degree in Telecom Engineering and an MBA in Finance from India. Prior to joining Dart in 2015, he gained valuable experience with renowned IT companies such as IBM, Cognizant, and Infosys. Currently residing in the greater Lansing area with his wife, two daughters (ages 11 and 7), and their German shepherd dog named Mona, Sanket brings a wealth of expertise to his role at Dart.
